Bonding Netting White Paste 612

Two-pack epoxy adhesive paste formulated to repair in vertical marbles and similar stones block with ­ber net. The primary purpose is to repair severe surface defects such as large holes that diminish the workability and aesthetics of the stone. White Paste is applied on one block followed by ­ber net and then the second layer, and the result looks polishable.

APPLICATION:

1. Coating and repairing defects in natural marble block and Italian marble block with fibre net.
2. To fix the severe surface defect.
3. To repair large cracks.

SHELF LIFE: 12 Months

PACKAGING UNITS:

60 kg | Resin(40 kg) | Hardener(20 kg)

APPLICATION PROCESS:

1. Keep the stone under sunlight or heat the raw slab (At 40°.c).
2. Thoroughly mix resin and hardener in a 2:1 ratio in a disposable bowl.
3. Use a brush/roller/putty knife/metal spatula to apply the mixed material on the entire surface of the marble with fibre net.
4. For optimum results, Allow it to cure for 24 hours.
5. After 72 hours, you can carry out the remaining procedure.
