Grouting Resin

Epoxy Resin for Grout

Epoxy Grout is developed by MB Enterprises, and is the leading Epoxy Grout Manufacturer in India, to fill all grouting gaps between 10 and 75 meters in thickness.

MB Enterprises has used the three-component process while making Epoxy Grout which consists of a foundation, hardener, and specially graded aggregate. It is a solvent-free epoxy resin grout.   The components arrive in the correct proportions for mixing. It's also a free-flowing grout that's perfect for applications where the material structure and chemical resistance of the hardened grout are crucial. It's suitable for a wide range of heavy-duty applications.

MB Enterprises is the Leading Epoxy Grout Manufacturer in India and manufactures a variety of epoxy which is also used for interior and exterior marble, vitrified brick, and stone grouting applications where staining, hardness, and bacterial resistance are needed.

It's quick to mount Epoxy Grout. This is how Epoxy Grout is installed in 5 steps:

1. Prepare the zone where the tiles or mosaics are to be mounted. Make sure you have plenty of space to work and surfaces are clean.

2. Set up the instruments. Have everything close at hand that you like. This encourages you to work continuously.

3. Firstly mix the Epoxy Grout, When correctly mixed with a margin trowel to ensure that all ingredients are mixed, the epoxy grout must be smooth and flat.

4. Try to apply the grout to dry joints.  And use the rubber float to remove excess stock.

5. Cleaning and finishing of the grouting during the wetness of the substance. This should be completed as quickly as possible. Be sure that the substance is not removed from the joints, or that marks are left on a floor wall.

Here are some FAQs to solve your problems regarding Epoxy Grout:

  1. What is epoxy grout?

Epoxy grout is a distinctive and well-known grout for tiling that does not use cement or water in the mixing process. It is a mixture of hardener, pigments, epoxy resin, and silica fillers. Epoxy grout is less porous compared to cementitious grout.

  1. What is the purpose of Epoxy Grout?

ANSWER – It does not break, shrink, or discolour epoxy grout, making it suitable to be used in moist places, including bathrooms. It is also highly resistant to hard chemicals used in materials for washing. In contrast to conventional cement grout, because of its non-porous nature, the epoxy grout does not need to be screened.

  1. Can you apply an epoxy grout over the previous grout?

ANSWER – Current grout may be overflowed if the depth is appropriate. You may add an epoxy grout on a much thinner application, however, to make it fit in appearance you can apply it within the grout.

  1. What is tile epoxy coating?

ANSWER – In contrast to cement grout formed from a cementitious powder mixture, it is a filler powder made of Epoxy Resins. The grout is highly tough and almost entirely rust-resistant. Standard grout is not durable, but it can trap water when wet and stain quickly, as opposed to Epoxy Grout.
