Most flooring companies will promise you the world. We'd rather just show you the work.

At MB Enterprises, we've been installing epoxy floors across India for years in factories, garages, warehouses, pharmaceutical plants, and commercial spaces. We've seen every kind of floor condition you can imagine. Cracked concrete. Oil-soaked garage slabs. Chemical-damaged industrial floors. And in every case, we've turned them around.

If you're searching for a dependable epoxy flooring company in India, you've probably already realised that not all epoxy floors are the same. The material matters. The prep work matters even more. And the people doing the job? They matter most of all.

That's where we come in.

Industrial Epoxy Resin Flooring  Built for the Worst Conditions

Factories and industrial spaces don't go easy on floors. Between forklifts, chemical spills, heavy machinery, and round-the-clock operations, a regular floor won't survive long. We know this, and our industrial epoxy resin flooring is designed with exactly that in mind.

We work with manufacturing plants, food processing units, pharmaceutical facilities, automobile plants, and warehousing companies across India. These aren't small jobs, and we don't treat them that way.

What makes our industrial epoxy resin flooring different?

It starts with the prep. Before a single drop of epoxy goes down, we grind the existing concrete, check for moisture, fill cracks, and make sure the surface is completely ready. Skipping this step is how floors start peeling in six months. We don't skip it.

Once the base is ready, we apply the epoxy system in layers: primer, body coat, and a protective topcoat  all calibrated to the specific demands of your facility. The result is a floor that handles chemical exposure, abrasion, pressure, and daily punishment without giving you problems.

Smooth. Seamless. Hygienic. Easy to clean. Built to last years, not months.

Garage Epoxy Flooring Because Your Garage Deserves Better

Bare concrete in a garage looks bad, collects stains, and just gets worse with time. Oil drips, tyre marks, rust rings, they don't come off a plain concrete floor. Not easily, anyway.

Our garage epoxy flooring changes that completely.

We've done garages for homeowners, auto workshops, car dealerships, and service centres. Every time, the result is the same: a clean, glossy, professional-looking floor that's surprisingly easy to maintain. Spills wipe up. Tyre marks don't stick. Dust doesn't collect in the pores the way it does with bare concrete.

And it looks good. Really good.

You can choose from solid colours, multi-colour flake systems, or a high-gloss finish, depending on what works for your space. We'll walk you through the options and tell you honestly what'll look best and hold up longest for your specific use.

FAQs

How long will the floor last?

A properly installed epoxy floor with good surface prep and the right system will easily last 10 years or more. Some of our industrial floors have been running strong for well over a decade.

Can you apply epoxy over an old concrete floor?

Usually, yes. It depends on the condition of the existing slab. We'll check it during the site visit and be upfront about whether it needs repair work first.

What's the cost?

It varies based on the area, the type of system, and the amount of surface prep involved. We don't quote blindly; we visit the site first and then give you an accurate number.

Do you cover the whole country?

Yes. We take on projects across India. Just reach out and tell us where you are.

How soon can we use the floor after installation?

Light foot traffic is usually possible within 24 hours. Full cure, including heavy loads and vehicle traffic, typically takes 5 to 7 days, depending on the system.
